Spring Break Ski Beaver Creek Colorado
Excellent property for family with all age children. Condo was spacious with two master type suites including full baths and additional bedroom with 4 bunk beds and full bath. Ski lockers and boot warmer rack with walk out to base of the Highland’s beginner ski lift on second floor of the complex. Also ski down to base of the Centennial lift and entry to ski school in matter of minutes. Really made it easy to get my 3 year old to ski school daily as we could ski down together and use Haymeadow Gondola to ski back down to the condo at the end of the day. Kids loved the 2 hot tubs and heated pool on site with hot chocolate and snacks provided by the complex. Covered parking and easy access to all of Beaver Creek using the free BC Shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Convenient
Great spot for relaxing with wood burning fire place. Although its on the main floor, nice views during the day and trees lit up beautifully right outside your windows. Stairs create easy access to garage/car which was super convenient. Walk to ski lockers and clipping into skis without a sweat (saying this with three kids). You can take bunny hill lift right outside your door, or quickly ski a catwalk and be on the main gondola lift (Centennial) in about 60 seconds. Good value for Beaver. Quick walk to village, although for older guests there could be ice on sidewalks. There is a free Bus Village Connect App that works just like Uber, which can be leveraged easily. Property management was also very communicative and accommodating.

Great Location
Location is prime for families with small kids as it's at the base of the small lift many instructors use with kids or a quick and easy ski to base of mountain. Easy access to village by bus or foot. Hot tub and pool are great after a day on the slopes.

Family Ski Trip
We have been going to Beaver Creek every January for the past four years and this was our first time using this property. After staying here, we will definitely look to book it again. The place was great for my brother and my family especially with a handful of first time skiers. The Barth's were also very accommodating with helping answer questions that my family members had.

Snowberry Luxury Trip
Snowberry was an awesome experience! We were a party of 15 friends, four families. Youngest child was 10 years of age. My only suggestion would be to add another king sized bed or a full queen to a bedroom. That would accommodate another couple easily. Kids accommodations were perfect! This property is a true ski in/ski out, but better suited for the more advanced skier. Bachelor Gulch greens are a little more difficult than the beginner area over in Beavercreek. Our group was more beginners, and required taking the bus down to the Ritz to catch the lift or into Beaver Creek to head to the bunny slope. Greg and Natalie Barth are amazing. They do an excellent job making sure you’re comfortable and communicate very effectively. It was a great experience and well worth it!
