This home has everything you would expect from a Beaver Creek vacation home rental including a washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, private balcony plus it’s located close to Beaver Creek Village and offers ski in~ ski out during the winter.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has a private bathroom. The bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub. All of our Beaver Creek vacation homes offer our signature bamboo towels and SPA collection bath soaps by Gilchrist & Soames. The spacious bedroom has a view of the creek as well as a door out to the patio. This room also features a large flat screen smart TV.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed offering a twin bed on top over a queen bed. If you need extra space there is an extra queen trundle bed that can be pulled out. There is also a TV in this room for the kids. The powder room is easily accessed from the bunk bedroom as well as from the dining room and kitchen.

FAMILY ROOMS
We joined the living room, dining room and kitchen into one large well functioning area. This residence gives you a spacious feeling that is warm and welcoming. Decorated with comfortable elegance, high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the creek where the resort gets its name from. Cozy up around the wood -burning fireplace while playing board games or watching TV. This home has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a holiday feast from scratch or simply reheating takeout has never been easier. Talk to our concierge who can have the kitchen fully stocked with your favorite foods and beverages during your stay at your request. The dining table seats six plus another three at the bar.

PUBLIC AREAS
Townsend Place is a smoke free building. Offering guest free WiFi throughout the home as well as in the public areas surrounding the building. Our guests receive one complementary self-parking car space in the covered garage. Contact less check-in process uses codes to let yourself in. Townsend Place has a shared outdoor hot tub and is ski in~ ski out.
