Beaver Creek luxury rentals can be found at our Pines Lodge penthouse. This professionally decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is in an ideal location in Beaver Creek, Colorado. This home is tucked away from the main street crowds and busy resort traffic while still so close to it all!
An open main level great room offers an inviting living room with large picturesque windows. There is ample sectional seating facing the stone fireplace as well as a flat screen HDTV with DVR. Beautiful mountain views of the ski resorts can be seen throughout the home. A glass door from the main level accesses a private covered patio with a warm blanket and cozy seating for 2 plus a gas BBQ grill. A well-stocked kitchen enjoys stainless steel appliances and opens up into the living area, along with a dining area for formal meals. The adjacent dining area provides a dining table for 6 guests (2 benches and 2 chairs on the ends).
Both bedrooms with their full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The queen master suite features a walk-in closet, large private bathroom including a stylish freestanding soaking tub, a wooden bench, shower and a separate toilet. Next to it is the bunk bedroom with a queen bed over another queen bed. This room has a private full bathroom. Additionally, there is a powder bathroom located on the main level for easy convenience.

Yes, we allow dogs with the following requirements:
1) Owner must agree:
a) The dogs are well-behaved (house trained, don't chew or bite, will be ok while owners are out of the condo - no incessant barking that would bother other guests)
b) To keep pet on leash outside and use doggy bags located throughout the resort to pick up poop (BC rules)
c) To not allow dogs on the furniture
d) To promptly clean up accidents
e) To let us know if there are any accidents/damage so we can do an extra deep clean to prevent odors or fix anything that's damaged
2) We allow up to 2 dogs.
