This mountain retreat sits within Pine and Aspen trees, on an acre of land, overlooking the Beaver Creek private golf course and the Avon Valley. When you enter this home, you will be impressed with the spacious Great Room with 24" ceilings that includes the Living Room, two Kitchens, Dining, and TV Room.

285 Holden in Beaver Creek features a spacious 5,742 square feet over two levels. You'll find six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a half bathroom next to the living room. It easily accommodates up to 12 guests in complete comfort and extravagance. This home gives you the ultimate vacation experience.

Our place offers you many perks such as TWO newly renovated, modern and efficient kitchens with top notch appliances, a coffee and breakfast bar. Spending an evening at home will be a great part of your stay in this private house as well: lounge in front of the roaring wood (real) burning fire or watch your NETFLEX movies in the TV room with 85" LED; treat your guests a wet bar with convenient ice maker or just sit and enjoy the mountain view in the living area that offers cozy, warm, plush and comfortable furnishings.

Enjoy our six bedrooms with cloud-soft beds and serene décor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Three of those rooms have their own balconies, with views towards the mountains of Beaver Creek and Avon Valley. From the outdoor deck you will experience a great/ open 180 degree view where you can watch the sunrise or sunset.

It may be difficult to leave all this luxury, but we do encourage you to get out and explore what our mountain village has to offer!

Starting in the winter season this home will have a private hot tub.

Living Room: this home gives you beautiful mountain views throughout the lower level with many panoramic windows in the spacious Great Room with 24" ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout, boasting luxury and comfortable contemporary furnishings in two separate seating areas. There is a floor to ceiling stone "wood burning" fireplace as well as a deck access from this area.

TV Room: 85'' HD TV/DVD with surround sound. Full wet bar with an ice maker.

Kitchen #1: Spacious gourmet kitchen with large Thermador refrigerator, gas appliances, granite countertops, two islands and bar/breakfast- seating for 6 people.

Kitchen #2: Smaller but with all the appliances for the secondary suite.

Dining Room: Dining area with a round table for seating up to 10 guests, adjacent to the bar/breakfast island for an additional 6 guests.

Porch: Wrap around from the Dining Room all the way to bedroom #5. It offers one gas and one charcoal grill, a dining table for 6 with an umbrella, a fire pit with seating for 4, a hot tub (coming this winter) and a lounging area.

Loft: Extra sitting area overlooking the living room and kitchen below as well as the valley and mountains. This is a great place to curl up with a book or to catch up on some work with your laptop.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- King Bed, 50" TV/DVD/surround sound, seating area and private grand bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in steam shower.
Bedroom 2- Two Queen beds, and private bath with shower/tub. One of the largest rooms with a private balcony.
Bedroom 3- Two Queen beds, and private bath with shower/tub.
Bedroom 4- King bed, private bathroom with a shower/ tub. Private living room with flat screen TV. Also there is a private kitchen nook.
Bedroom 5- Two Queen beds, and private bath with shower/tub. One of the largest rooms with access to the patio and hot tub.
Bedroom 6- Two Queen beds, and private bath with shower/tub.

Please note that this home is located in the Beaver Creek Resort, which is a private, upscale, secure and gated, quiet residential neighborhood, where parking and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. This home is perfect for families and vacationers looking for quiet and an exclusive vacationing environment. It also has enough space for those wanting to work remotely.

As an extra bonus this house comes with the triple key concierge team, who is eager to create a vacation experience full of positive memories for you and your party!

There is something magical in the snow that coats Beaver Creek slopes! During the summer, take to those same slopes for an exhilarating mountain bike ride or just hike through the gorgeous scenery on our many trails. It is impossible to miss all these views! They will rock your world! Your entire trip will be worth it, even if you do nothing more than pack a lunch and sit in awe of the landscape on a summer afternoon! Don't forget to bring a good camera.

Before COVID-19 most guests didn't really pay attention how clean their vacation rental properties were at the time of making their reservation.
One of the perks of staying with Elevation Accommodations is the level of our cleaning and sanitization process. We have always taken cleaning seriously by carefully selecting products and processes that exceed industry standards. In addition, our housekeeping staff goes through rigorous training and afterwards an inspector checks to ensure our promised standards for cleanliness are being delivered time after time. Beds, couches, upholster, rugs, windows, vents – you name it! Everything is washed, cleaned, sanitized and purified. Ready for your stay!
